LoadHunter Inc. (“LoadHunter,” “we,” “our” or “us”) provides an operations-optimization platform for freight carriers and their dispatch teams (the “Service”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

2. Scope & Eligibility
This Policy applies to anyone aged 18 or older who visits our websites, signs up for, or uses the Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children or minors under 18.

When you request deletion (email [email protected] from the address associated with your account), we erase or anonymize live records within 30 days and roll off backups on their normal schedule.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including:
- TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
- AES-256 encryption at rest
- Least-privilege access controls and MFA for staff
- Continuous monitoring and audit logging
No Internet transmission is 100 % secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We aim to respond within 30 days (sooner where law requires).
10. California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
LoadHunter acts as a “business” under California privacy law when serving California residents. We collect, use, and disclose the categories described in Sections 3–6 for the business purposes listed in Section 4. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
11. International Transfers
All personal data is currently stored and processed in the United States. We do not market to or intentionally serve EU/UK residents; if we do in the future, we will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect and will post the revised Policy on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
